Punctuation Rules

Dear translators,

Following the general structure of the English phrase, while heeding to your language’s punctuation rules, is an important aspect of the translation process.

If you see a period (.) at the end of the sentence, don’t forget to include it into your translation. If certain words are capitalized in English, but are not capitalized in your language, keep that in mind as well.

In the light of standardizing this process, the Simplified Chinese community has decided to abide by the following punctuation rules.
