How these wrong translations got approved?

I was attempting translation feedback this morning. I came across 2 phrases, and found wrong translations have been approved for them. But I still opted for the right translations for those phrases in feedback.

Anyone who is aware of English to Hindi translation can make a judgement that approved translations for these phrases are wrong. If they are incorrect, how are they approved?

It is written that it is Found within the Discovery tab, hence approved translation for this phrase is not acurate as well.
