Only few people can see my badge...

Hey guys..

I received my badge this morning but when I ask to my followers if they can see it, they all answer no, I tried and I can only see it if I am logged out of twitter, also, some translators like 'emmanuel' said they can see it... How can we explain that?? only translators people can see our badge? Normal twitter users cannot?...

please let me know.
