New language, Kazakh

Hi guys!! I'm really pleased to meet you all here, I'm from Kazakhstan 9th largest country in the world, really fast growing country located in the center of Eurasia. I and citizens of my country want to translate Twitter and make available Twitter in Kazakh language. Currently we are working with 3 Universities which has more than 500 professional linguists, and around 5000 volonteers who are ready to translate Twitter to Kazakh language, we are supported by government and we want make available Twitter in Kazakh. Overall population of Kazakhstan is more than 16 000 000 people...
