One string to translate

Hi, Simplified Chinese Translators:

We have what seems to be just one string up for you to translate and vote on. I don't speak or read Chinese, but it seems that there's a large amount of difference in the various translations being proposed.

What's odd is that the Translation Center says that the project is 100% complete (even though it's not.)
