Serbian (Latin) as separated language option

Dear Twitter staff and translation center administration,

Main decision about Serbian translation is defined to be translated in cyrilic. Besides you have recently added ability for translation of some special dialects from languages like Spanish and Portugese, it would be nice to enable such feature for our language because latin alphabet is commonly accepted as main letter type in IT sphere while cyrilic is using as well for educational purposes, national institutions and media.
