Mediums conversorum Twitteri nunc Latine apertus est*

Thanks to 800,000 volunteer translators around the world, we've been able to bring Twitter to speakers of living languages from Afrikaans to Welsh.

Today, we’ve added Latin to the list of languages available in the Twitter Translation Center. We hope this addition enables communities of language teachers and students to use the Translation Center as a tool through which to celebrate contemporary uses for this classical language.

The Translation Center now supports 51 languages, and we’re constantly working to introduce more based, in large part, on user requests.
